Zp discount with UP points
I recently obtained enough ultimate points(UP) to get 10,000 Zp for free when I applied the points(899 points). I tried to apply the points and it wouldn't discount the price to $0.00, it stayed at $8.99. I would like to know whats going on and how this can be fixed.. Please write back. Thank you

With UGC, i think they discontinued the UP program a long time ago (not sure if they brought it back). I think what you mean is that when you use a UGC, you have a little bit of leftover money. This leftover money is used through paybycash. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Well when I had under the amount to get the ZP for free it would let me discount it.. I have 1007 Upoints and I tried to buy 10,000 Zp for $8.99(899 Upoints=$8.99) and it wouldn't discount when I added the points to make it free. I know it still works though I just dont know why it wont make it free..
