Low fps

I recently bought a new laptop cause i thought my old one was kinda slow.

My old laptop gets in 16 player rooms about 80-100 fps
And i just tried my new laptop in a 16 players room and only get like 60 fps !?

Even if i put all settings on low it doesn't change..
Does anyone know what i can do ? I should easily be able to get 220+ fps with the specs my laptop has.

How old are you? 25? do you really need to come on here and act immature.
I don't steal any good players, they just leave bad clans for the best European clan.

If you understand control panel for your GPU I guess there should be option like on every other to decide if you want better preformance or better graphic so if settings you are using now are set to better graphic change it to better preformance.

The same thing happens to me when I play on my laptop vs my computer.

Computer runs crossfire fine, but can't run TF2 as well. I'm normal on crossfire and TF2 is all slow and laggy and stuff like that, low frame rates.

Jump over to the laptop, it runs TF2 smoothly. Try playing crossfire on it and you get screwed over because nothing responds when it's supposed to.

Oh yes that's right thanks!
I got windows 8 now so everything looks a bit different and haven't thought of changing that yet.
