Can't install need help

in CrossFire Support
I stopped playing a while ago and when i tried to get back i couldn't patch the game anymore, now i decided i want to play CF again and when i try to install it i cant, i download the "CrossFire_NA" file but when i click it and it asks me if i'll allow it to make changes to my computer, i say yes and then nothing happens. Please help?

    If you're talking about the game installer;
    Make sure you run it as administrator (Rightclick > Run as administrator) if you're on win7-8/vista.

    If you're talking about patching; disable antivirus and firewall properly.
    Actually, do that for the installer too.

    Disable UAC (User account control) then try again. :)

    I have no antivirus, i disabled firewall and the same thing happens, i rigthclick it > run as administrator it shows the mouse loading animation and then nothing happens, i'm on windows 7 btw. And i'm talking about the installer

    Also, keep in mind that this happened several times in different days so it's not a problem that can be fixed by restarting
