game freezes when im totally flashed

hey i got this problem with cf. when im totally flashed my game freezes like for 1-2 seconds. this problem appears really hard when im playing that game from blindrob on blackwidow with some friends. always when they flash me, they say im lagging and i can feel that too...any suggestions?

    Try setting the game to optimized performance. This can be found on the options category. You also might want to go to task manager and close off some unnecessary programs.

    i don't think it's an performance issue. i got always between 150-220 fps...a friend of mine has a bad pc, worse than mine, and he doesnt have that problem. i don't have the feeling the fps is really going down, its just like it would stop then it goes on with like 200 fps.
