I can't deposit

When i try to buy a 10k zp say: This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations. I try whit others accounts and works, but in mine doesn't work. Help me please!

Which method are you using?
Need a bit more information in order to help you out; if we can.

Usually it's a problem with the depositee, so you should contact the company you're trying to purchase the ZP from.

I have a new credit card and when i try to put it just appears that message..!

I shoose the option visa and appears: This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations. But i never introduce a credit card number..

Have you contacted a Visa representative to see if they can help you? Are you positive that you're entering the correct information on the front/back of the card, including case sensitive letters?

I don't personally use a Visa online, but I'm just providing basic strategies. You will honestly get the most help by contacting a Visa representative.

I cant enter my credit card, every time i go to the option botton to introduce my credit card appears that massage. I try whit other account and work, but in my account doesn't work. I thing that my acc is block, becouse i tried whit the old credit card many times and block my acc. How i can unlock this?

It's possible you've been blocked for the rest of the day from making a deposit via credit card. You can only attempt so many tries before being blocked for security safety.

Can you try again after waiting 24 hours?
