In-Game I am still experiencing Mouse Lag

When I move my mouse it s****, it's not smooth when I move left on a straight line it snaps to the position rather than a straight line.

Also right before it s**** it kinda lags, and my game freezes briefly, less than a second. When it does this skip my character begins moving on his own. I really don't know what's up with this. And it only happens in cf.
