Can´t log in

Hey guys ,
I started to play crossfire na , cause i can´t play eu anymore but i have a problem
when i log in with my id and pw comes a warning : "This service is not available in your region."

Someone know´s what the problem is ?
i use my the same id in crossfire eu , maybe thats the problem?

Pls Help ...

    Accounts created after August 3, 2011 cannot access CF NA/UK from regions of the world which have their own versions of CF. If you're getting that message it's likely because you're in a region of the world with its own version of CF and your account wasn't created early enough to be able to access CF NA/UK from that region.

    Here's a thread that explains it, if you're in a region of the world highlighted red on the map in that thread, you cannot access this version of CF if your account was created after August 3, 2011:
