open Task Manager and at Processes close some programs that rule and try again

Remove any recent codec you installed, my best guess is it came from a download via surveys.
Alternatively you can terminate the process via task manager if you know what the process name is (like above)

Process name : "lameACM.acm" under task manager (ctrl+shift+esc).

We've reported this to X-Trap for conflict resolution. We should hopefully see it fixed in the next update.

In the mean time, try closing any possible conflicting programs which could be using the LAME ACM Codec which is an old windows audio codec.
