Can't claim my beginner mission guns

It says at the end of beginner mission i can claim reward i already did everything necessary for it... im sergeant rank 1..

Do you know that theres more missions then the ones you can see? You can scroll down ^^

That seems to be the problem the most of the people have, they should make it more obvious.
