Lost Of GP Points

(May of posted in the wrong place sorry new to this forum)

Today CF had a lag issue which I didn't really notice until I went to the black market and spent 4K of GP for creates ending up losing the crates and got a random M12's which was half broken and was never used ( You can take that away ) I didn't get any screenshots since the game would not let me leave could you look though the logs or something and get the GP back to me?

    If this is in concerns with the random M12s, it isn't a loss of GP. It was intentional to be like that.

    You have received a temporary M12s in the past through another or the same GP crate, and when it times out it goes away with the health (durability) it is left in.

    When you win the temp M12s once more it returns but with the same health (durability) you left it in previously.

    Also, all crate purchases are final, as noted by the Terms of Service.

    I understand you but why did I get a full health M12s and randomly it went to half health after not being used once by me.

    You never stated before that the M12s was full health, then magically changed to half health. As 9 said, it's because the previous M12s you won (however long ago) was used to the point where it had half health. When you win the same gun again, it will be restored to the previous guns health.

    The whole server was lagging, and i also lost 16k GP on crates... what i got from then will forever be a mysterium.

    But i wouldn't bother making a thread or a ticket about it :p
