Ping Predicament

I've been getting a consistent one-hundred and four ping for numerous months at this point, it's obnoxious. I had a consistent ping of eighty-five from the beginning, I've already sent a support ticket, but they insist on stating that the ping predicament's been fixed. I'm somewhat sure it isn't my internet, considering I'm the only one that's present on my connection. Any suggestions or replies will be much considered and appreciated, thanks.

Please note; I'm located in California, and I don't use wireless whatsoever, if that's relevant.

They will still blame this ^ @ your end regardelss

I was on 110 ping in alpha, 25-30 in ukservers/Turk ha><Fest , then about 3-5 months they ball's the server's up so 70ping in ukturkha><fest and about 180 in alpha , nothing changed with pc's or internet , then about 2-3 weeks ago im back on my normal ping

Thus being said z8&co will vob you of blaming you and you only , Isnt this right Saidin

yeah even me I face this situation alot my normal ping in alpha is 140 in uk its 72 earlier this month i had about 400 ping in alpha 320 in uk i play cf eu its 80 it was fixed yesterday but keeps returning

That's irrelevant, I'm not just basing this upon my perspective, in-fact generally speaking, countless players have had this predicament as well, Saiden himself has addressed it.

My ping has shuffled from a constant 68 to 63-64 in the Alpha servers.
I am from British Columbia (BC).

It's possible that the servers have moved again? Anyways I'm not complaining, I like my new ping.

You have no reason to be complaining whatsoever, I envy you.

If the ping is stable it not on your end or Z8's, it the connection path itself that is the issue.
Internet connection paths go down or change all the time, sometimes the programs that manage connections at sites get stupid and sent your connection on a slower path because it thinks it is the best path. Only thing you can do is contact your Internet provider about the issue and hope they look into it.
