Cant join games

I can log into the game and choose server and game room and all. The problem is that when i go to the shop and test out a weapon, or when i join a game, Crossfire crashes. It says that the shader file is not found. I re-installed my graphics driver, and re-installed the game 3 times. No change. Help?
