exactly this error have someone now where i im at him TeamViewer and help him ....
1. have you install the graphic driver video ?
2. did you install the last directx 11 ?
3. have you update the graphic video ?
4. what windows you use ? WindowsXP/7/8 ?
5. take CCleaner run it and delete all files corupted from PC
6. go to Run Type %temp% then Enter and delete all files from there and restart PC
7. unistall the game and install it again ,,,

i can't stay anymore it's 3:10 AM here , i go to sleep , if you can talk tomorrow ...
