About the Crate Buster Ribbon and MSR Weapon

Hello Z8 Games. I have two problems in the game. The first one is: I successfully got six permanent crate guns. However, I did not win the Crate Ribbon Buster. My weapons of crates are: TRG-21, KSG-15, Desert Eagle-Camo, MSG90, Beretta AR-70 and MSR. The other problem is that. On my profile (on the site of the game). My weapon MSR does not appear in the online inventory.
