(SOLVED) Failed to download version.ini

Hi guys!
i solved this "failed to download version.ini" error.

it incurs from your location. I mean your DNS!

My dns used to take its dns numbers automatically then i changed it like that:

4.2.2.1
4.2.2.2

these are public dns.

After i changed my dns, the stupid patcher suddenly started to download

PS: I live in Turkey. I don't know other countries. You should try another dns numbers if these don't work.

Yep !!!

I can confirm this !!!

I used Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and second 8.8.4.4 and everything works fine !!!

any one can't download version.ini i have easy sloved go to control panel and search about Windows Firewall

and open it

u will find ( Allowed to communicate through Windows Firewall ) open it and click Change settings
and do like in the photo
