i know you guys are working your arse off to fix the game and i as a part of the community being is being really patient . i would like to inform you that you guys are doing a good job but here is my problem :
1. I did everything from turning off my fire wall to re downloading it and logging off from (Skype, RaidCall, Razer synapse 2.0, Steam and XFire) but the HGW game watcher and X-Trap freezes everytime i tried patching it.

2. I'm using Avast! as my anti-virus.

3. I'm running Windows 7 home premium.

4. Filed a ticket which i stated my IP address.

5. I don't want to download nobody's XTrap files w/ WinRAR (because i don't know how it works.) and (im a 20y/o guy took Information Technology for 1 semester and started skipping and decided stop and starts to work)

-> That is it . I really hope you guys could fix it ASAP.

i actually know it and was reading different threads for 3 days now. i just dont want to do it is some other reason such as i dont want to mess it up (if ever z8 has new updates, im afraid that i might do something far worst than this) im just gonna play the safe card here and wait till everything is running as it should be. thanks anyway bro for paying attention.

Avast! is most likely blocking the connection between you and the XTrap service. The only way to fix that is by a) turning off Avast!, or b) uninstalling Avast!.
