Error installing the game help me plis!

IHello, I just downloaded the game and when I run it to install nothing appears. Could anyone help me please ?

run as admin
restart pc
if that doesnt work tell me

BTW. Sunday - when all servers have connect problems with a lot of players, me also - i download and reinstall game fine ...

With so many having so many issues with this game how can it be their pc and not the game itself

Cause it´s a difference if you have problems running/patching the game or if you can´t even install it...
