Spin a wheel - issue

There is a thing - I've log in - and go to Spin a wheel site:

Ok, I have 3 spins - but after 1 spin it stays that I have 0 spins left,
but there is even more, I won DC-Red Drgon, yet those guns never showed up
in my account.

WTH ?!

(not mention that I didn't recive any more spins - eg for log in)
