Hgwc error and log in error

Hei..I get some problems with my account and hgwc..

Here's the first with HGWC.. Every time when it gets to step 4 I receive this error:

After few attempts I succeeded in opening the game but when i'm about to log in I get this error:



What's the solution to this errors?
