patch is already running

hi just today i open up crossfire and it did not open i try to end the patch at task manager and start it again but still this message appear "patch is already running" i did re install and download a fresh one at the crossfire site but same thing happen this message appear and i decided to wait until it appears at last game watcher open and xtrap opens but its not loading up i waited and waited until the xtrap error appears. im sure its not my computer who has a problem i try everything. i think its time to change xtrap get better online protection they cant control hack everytime they update withen 1 day or 2 day hckrs appear i started to think that they are also making hcks to make money. like 2 birds in 1 branch, they get paid by blocking hack and get paid by selling hck.

1) It's a server bug
2) X-Trap making hacks is one of the stupidest theories I've heard yet.
3) It's for everyone right now, be patient

update:
its been 1 day since it happen i walk up this morning to try logging in and "the connection with server is disconnected: W[2004] L[0]" pops i lost my 7 days items fck today is the last day. and sorry for what i said bad things about xtrap cant help but thinking maybe or might be we dont know for me i cant believe for just 1-2 days after update hackers shows up sometimes they cant even block it. for all the online shooting game i play this is the only one that have lots of hckrs and very expensive game and unfair game unlike other buy to play games. and look its already 1 day and still fixing unlike others 3 hours already fix. i dont think they cannot afford other protection for all the money they get from us its soo easy not even a little i got a lot of friends who spend 100 200 zp for guns, spins and vip guns emagine how about the other hundred or thousand players who got vip there expensive but everytime i join game vip always there so they get money lots. and xtrap im sorry if theres only a comment or star rating ill give it 1 or zero. or not recommended i really like this game it remind me of the oldest cs i played before the best game lots of friends too. i apologize for some bad word i say. this is just a guess n. an opinion formed without really knowing because of anger, tired of waiting and an items that comes to waste.
