There is a problem

I load the cf loader and the hgw comes up and so does the xtrap and then a popup window [Hgwc] message saying "The connection to.. ... .. 4[2004]" Cf closes..
ON THE CF PAGE IT TELLS ME TO KEEP TRYING TO LOG IN! BUT IT WONT LET ME LOG IN!
