Can't install Crossfire

I downloaded the file from the official site. Then when I go to open it, it doesn't open. I have already turned off the antivirus, ran as admistrador and nothing, no window opens, simply doesn't work. I have tried in my laptop and it's the same.

Can anyone help me?
