How many it takes to the mods to reply my Submitted ticket?

    If it's sent to the right department usually 3-5 business days. I hope it was submitted under Technical Support.

    Also mods are not involved with Support tickets. The correct "ranking" would be the Support team or [GM] but unlike the [GM]s that usually are on the forums.

    You could also try bringing this particular issue here. We may be able to help.

    Well most of us could, like i could tell you the easy stuff that could fix it, but if i try to fix something extreme and you follow my instructions you either would get no where with the problem or harm your computer :p

    I've been playing this game for a long time and never had a issue/error with the game
    Now that i've updated my Opsystem to windows 8.1 64bit i'm having a lot of errors like
    Disconnected from host 0-3
    Hacktooldetected 0.5.0.0
    Xtrap error: 08-400-00000000-519
    Xtrap error: 30-0400-00000000-207

    Im running :
    Windows 8.1 64bit
    Eset smart security
    i7 quadcore
    8gb ram

    Previous specs
    Windows 8 64bit
    Eset smartsecurity
    i7quadcore
    8gbram

    Please help me with this situation i've been getting this like a week

    Hope you can help me

    I didnt even have to read it all, once you said windows 8.

    Crossfire is very unstable on the W8 OS

    I dont really know how to help though....
