Windows 8.1 Issues

Hey guys i need help. I upgraded to windows 8.1 from 7 and installed CF but when i tried to play it, the screen was cut, not stretched like before, there was no sound during playin in the room (only "good job","headshot"...etc)If you have/had similar problem please help.
