Only reason i said that is because you have two folders/applications scribbled out. What might those be? :rolleyes:

well, the notification is usually Xtrap telling you that it has caught a third party program running whilst you were trying to start up CF. Try rebooting and open CF before you do anything else.

Also you can try defragging your computer, that works for me, also helps CF run faster/smoother.
