Crossfire won't start please help!

crossfire works fine about 3 months ago but now i want to play it.
so i tried to opened my crossfire but it doesnt pop up anything. I clicked Start->Lock then i go in again it appear crossfire patcher but the patcher is not running
so i closed it and then open it again, this time it pop up the patcher but it run for a while then it freeze and not running anymore.
Pls help!!!

Finally check your Anti-Malware program or your Anti-Virus program, maybe they block CF etc. ( HGWC Game Watcher )

i dont use any anti-virus program.
i only use windows firewall and it doesnt block my crossfire.
i tried to turn it off too but doesnt work either

I had this problem with malwarbytes. I disabled it then cf worked. But since you don't have anything. I can't imagine why it won't start.

Download the newest game client. Sometimes the version of the patcher when you stopped playing is too old to update to the newest client and a complete redownload is needed. Give it a try.
