Problem in game

Hi. When i enter in crossfire i join the channel and in 2 minutes write "Joining channel...Please wait.." I wait 5,10,30 minutes and he block always and be forced to leave the game. It happens that when the round ends the game and do not give me anything Exp / Gp and crashes saying: "Please wait .." after only they can do.
