CF character profile information issue

Hello there, I have been playing CF for a while now (off and on) and have had this account since 09. I have not been having this problem before, even after not playing for a good 2 years. But now after not playing for a few months, i come back to play on my account again. When i try to look up my CF profile, it shows that there is no CF character, like i don't have one, yet i am still able to log into CF and play my character i have always had. It's just when i try to go into Z8 website to look up my progress and clan info, it can't fined the information and labels it as non-existent. Is there a reason this is happening? and is there a way to fix this problem?
