Wierd glitch when I use Ventrilo

Like when I use it and play a couple games while talking, I click tab then I see everyone name highlighted red (Who killed you) then after the game It says Loading game please wait......
After that's gone Cf freezes I click back and nothing is going to happen so I have to reopen CF

Obviously, you'd close Ventrilo, and the "loading" glitch happens a lot. Try pressing ESC+ENTER+ENTER when that occurs.
If that doesn't work, good luck trying to play CF with Ventrilo
