Where are My Dog Tags?

I was playing today after the update was live on, and checked dog tag reward to see if you changed the reward, I noticed that you didn't. So I continued playing along this day, and I got an MFC Error, then I relogged and noticed that my dog tags are gone, and I dont even have the AWM Sapphire, I Must Say that I don't want the Sniper Rifle, I'm Just waiting for something more interesting to get, Please guys hope you pay attention on my case.
