Honorable Ribbon Disappear

Good day z8 community and supporting staff, So i got back from work and school just to see my honorable ribbon gone and I am unable to participate in the "spin wheel" event as a result of this. They said as a result of some hacking issue ( I have never hacked the game in my life Ain't nobody got time for that) I cant participate in the event. I play when I have he free time, been playing since beta and now I have this account has my main so much hard work in it legit gaming of coarse just to see my ribbon that shows how legit you are gone. I am upset I take my gaming seriously messing with my profile is messing with me, I don't appreciate such act. So I am hoping for a reply from a MOD to help me with my situation, tried the support ticket and its bugged can't send any. Please help , i await your response.

Accounts don't get banned by mistake, you had to do something in order to get banned.

There are many ways in which you could get banned, but in the end, every ban is justified.

I have done nothing, don't feed me that. I don't have time to be looking for stupid hacks, the little time I have I use to play some games with friends, then to see that my ribbon has disappear isn't cool at all. thanks for your attempt though, still hoping for a MOD response or they can fix the support ticket bug and notify the community.

MODs can't do anything but just pass on your request, the only thing you can do is to talk with support. The page works fine for me, you could try to do it from another browser or clear your cache/cookies.
