Your client is invalid version

after today update i can't run the game it's pop up with this message :

Your client is invalid version.
Re-install the latest version game client.

i download game again and the same message appear again.
but when i change my internet connection with DSL game work .

this message appear when i use [ ZTE usb modem internet etisalat ] and game was work with it yesterday i mean before this update
