Support Tickets

I've made a few accounts to play this wonderful game, but I have different problems on each account. This being said, I would send in tickets on separate accounts. However, when I attempt to send a Ticket in from a different account it shows the ticket history and recent tickets from my main account, not my alternate account. Any idea how to fix this?

Have to ask but, have you double checked that you're logged onto the correct account?

And what problems are you having on each account? And how many accounts are we talking about here O.o?

This used to happen with me when I logout from support to login on another account.

I just used another browser and it worked just fine.

I did double check that I was, in fact, logged into my second account. And I only have two accounts at the moment. Using another browser did not aid my situation.

Log out, close the browser (opera.exe and etc, not speaking about Z8 site only, you have to close whole browser), open it, and log in again, it will solve the problem ;p

Sounds like a cache issue. Either try what's stated above by closing then opening the browser window (hopefully there's only 1 open) or to clear out your cache after logging out of the z8 website.

I logged out, cleared my cache, closed my browser, opened it back up and cleared the cache again, but it's still happening.
