UGC problem

I recently bought 50K ZP and while trying to buy ZP I had a balance of $10 from before, but the usual would you like to spend points message did not show up, then when I bought the ZP it said when the you have successfully bought 50K ZP page comes up the new balance was still the same as my old one. When I tried again just to see if it was a glitch and it said the card was already redeemed. Is there a problem with my order?
