Can not buy zp?

Am i the only person having problems buying zp or is anybody else, i have tried to buy zp with paypal and credit cards but when i use paypal i get a error and when i use a credit card i get error "failure to validate" i know the card works i used it recently on a game called Aqw. i Also used my sisters cc and still same error all information correct.
