The connection with server is disconnected error

Whenever I get through the X-Trap loading, I get an error that says:
"The connection with server is disconnected: W[2004] L[0]"
I have an MSI GE60 Notebook. It has a Killer 2200 LAN network card, but I am running off of my schools wireless internet due to them disabling ethernet ports. I know MSI notebooks have had trouble running the game in the past. Any help would be great.

ALSO: Anyone know why my laptop doesn't seem to want to use the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765m that is in the laptop? When I played the game at home, I would get maybe 100 fps max, and this laptop should run it at WAY more than that. I get a feeling it is running off of the intel graphics. I set the priority GPU to my nvidia card, and I told it to use the nvidia card when playing CF, and it still seems to run poorly. Thanks.

You have to go into your BIOS and switch the graphics adapter to use the chipset instead of the APU.

I use Norton, and I made sure all of those programs were allowed in my firewall settings and they are, still giving me the disconnect error.
And thanks for the help with the GPU. Ill look into that.

Check Windows Firewall and make sure that both connections are allowed. In and out connections(Inbound/Outbound).

The connections for HGWC and Crossfire? I created rules for both of those and still isn't working. It's frustrating me.

I have the same problem

Have you managed to find a solution yet, I think the problem is that we're trying to play in the school's internet server.
