Help!!!

When I clicked on "Start", there is a "Crossfire patcher v6" window popped up, then suddenly, when it says "Verifying: rez\RF017.REZ 100%", there is another window that has popped out saying that"Cannot find file needed for the patch". I already tried to fix the problem by reinstalling the game(5 times), redownload the game(3 times), turn off the anti-virus program, but none of them worked, so I need help.

    Turn off your anti-virus and all other real-time protection before downloading and while installing the game.
    After the installation add the crossfire folder to the exception (don´t only turn it off) list of your anti-virus-software and other real-time protection software (-if you use any).

    PS: also make sure that you have enough free space on your HD
