I am not a hacker, I go to the server 4 and the UK sign transited on this server stopped at step 4, then after a minute error "you have been disconnected from the server." Then I enter the password and I have a ban for 15 days. What to do? help ...

The only thing you can do is submit a support ticket to Crossfire then Complaints.

Only support will be able to let you know precisely why you were banned and if there is any way to appeal it.
