It's a spamshot which has been there for ages. It's not very useful unless you have a full wallbang sniper since there's a box right behind the wall. So far I know using spamshots is not banable too.

never saw it..

i just had "motivation" to fraps and maybe edit a video.. but after 10 seconds i saw this.. tought the "shoot trough wall h.acks" are back..

If that was the case he would have died because STW ignores boxes/wallbang damage.
