Where do i find the transaction id? I am sending a support ticket but they need id something like this (20090309_220419_020_login ID). I checked my email but i cant find exactly like that. I only see like this (Example: 1V234567CK8901234)

    Depending on where you got your zp. (im assuming you bought it online.) send that number you found in your email to this link: https://buddieshops.com/contact.aspx and ask them for a code that looks similar to this one: f65ca4c08s2d972d29s9732387192j12dd2s924d31 (this is an example code sent from the support team.) Make an account on buddieshops so you can log back in within the next 24 hours and hopefully see they've responded. took me over a month to get my account back last year. Just to make it shorter for you to get your account back, when you have that code and you are ready to send it into them, have a screenshot of the inbox of your previous email that you should have already told them(email must be shown somewhere on that screenshot next, send in the new email address you would like it changed to and they should have all the info needed to give you your account back.
