blocked for 2 to 5 minutes at a time

I have windows 7 and this just started happening to me. Every time I get back on after being blocked for 2-5 minutes, I get blocked for 2-5 minutes AGAIN. Once in a while I get an error and am blocked for 0 minutes, but that is very rare. I've never been blocked for more than 0 minutes before and never this often.

it says "hack tool detected" and throws me out (i dont use any hacks!), usually i can restart cf and play without any problems, but this time it gave me a 2min ban?! hope i still got my honorable soldier ribbon, cause loosin it because of such a bug would be annoying.

Well perhaps i should really search for a new game cause at the moment cf is just unplayable.
In nearly every game you got 16 players and around 3-5 hackers.

and i get banned for nothing while thousands of hackers can play for weeks though they get reported hundreds of times.
