M4A1 cc problem

Hello,3 days ago i got my 20th ribbon but i didnt get m4a1 cc or ribbon "my ribbons are made of cristal". I cant contact them because i dont know my email or SQ...Help my if you can..Thanks

you will get the 21th ribbon " my ribbons are made of crystal " but the wep will be kinda late .. maybe a day or two maybe three .. I got it in three days after I've received the 21th ribbon .. so just wait

It takes a while to get his gun. Be patient and wait a little longer the delay is normal.

It's the same for me! ZM ribbon was my 20th and I'm still waiting for "My Ribbons Are Made of Crystal". Really want the M4A1-CC

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us, we understand you're having an issue with the My ribbon are made of Crystal ribbon. Currently the Zombie Week ribbon does not count towards ribbon count ribbons. The issue should be fixed shortly, we appreciate your patience in the matter.

If you have any further questions, please reply to this ticket.

Well, as stated by Support, you will need to continue to wait. As they told you they did not update the ribbon's list to include the newer ZM ribbon as of now.

Just be patient. Why not ask Support in about a month?

I haven't got the M4A1-CC yet but I have the ribbon so the gun is on the way! Wish I had it earlier so I could use it this week i'm off.. but what can you do eh? Just wait
