Acc hacked

Firstly, accounts don't get hacked you either
A: Tried downloading third party software (Hacks, mods, ect) and got keylogged or..
B:Someone said they'd give you free zp and you them you account info or...
C: You attempted to sell/trade your account with another player and it went wrong.

Secondly, they only way to receive your account information back is to contact support. Fill out a support ticket, make sure to include at least three of your past zp purchase receipts as it will speed up the process. The more information you can give about your account to Z8 support the faster you will receive your account back.

I've heard this story SOOOO many times, until they do say that they did share it cousin X, or that they did go to a certain site and used a certain tool or hack that then keylogged their account info, or that they did attempt to sell off the account but got robbed because they gave away too much info during the selling process... etc.
In the end, if Z8 deems that the account broke Terms of Use then the most they can do is close the account to anyone.

If you have all the information necessary to recover the account you will need to submit a Support ticket under Crossfire then Account Administration.
