I am confused!

The ZM event challenge on Friday reward is ZM Name Card and Spray. I believe for sure that I did the event (which is 2 games of Theater on normal). However, I checked my account over and over again but I don't see those rewards.
The question here is: is there really a reward or I just miss the challenge?
I really want the ribbon. It will be a rip off if for some reason the system won't let me finish the friday event.
