Failed to download version.ini.

It was working fine about 2 hours ago, but when i just turned my computer back on. I tried to click to play game but it said "failed to download version.ini." . I thought there is something wrong with my internet but it works fine. I already deleted the game and downloaded it again but i keep getting the same error. I tried to use my other computer but it works fine on my other computer. What should i do now ?
