you wont be banned for no having money in your account
also you wont be banned without a reason -
You normally dont get banned for not having money in your Account.
Maybe the payment was rejected by the Pay Service, and Z8 banned you, till you sort that issue with your payment service.
You can contact the Support, they might be able to resolve that problem with your banned account. http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx
Otherwise your normally just getting banned for hack.ing and/or when your account is under investigation and reviewed by the Z8 Staff.
