Hi there.This message is for our dearest GM Saidin.I'm writing to you here because i have no other way out of this situation.Since like 2 weeks ago, my 14 YO cousins account has been suspended for some ToU (Terms of Use) breaking reasons.I did apologize, admit the mistake, did all the humanly capable things to prove that I am speaking in the name of the real owner, give them all the data they required and all they were able to say is that they will not give me any chance to recover that account which will remain permanently suspended.As I said earlier, i did admit that we were the those responsible for the account suspension in the first place, for letting my young cousin have some important data on his computer at the time that he got, i don't know how, his computer hacked by some people he met in the game, and all I am asking here is to give us another chance to get back what belonged to us.

    Sometimes it's hard to accept it but he didn't followed the rules and that is why he got banned.
    Those rules are for your own safety and for many players as well. If your cousin breaks the rule it is possible that your cousin's account won't be unbanned.

    I understand your/theyr point of view, but all i'm trying here is to apologize for that and to get a second chance to prove that I deserve it by not letting this happen again.

    Sometimes it can't be done by an apologize and sometimes it does. If the account is flagged then it's almost impossible to get your account back. Otherwise you could try to convince them to give you a 2nd chance.

    Yes. You can make a new account.

    Worth noting also, threads directed at a single person are against the rules.

    I'll just respond here by thanking you for your honesty and your apology.

    These things do mean a lot to us, however we cannot bend our rules because of it. It would be a slippery slope to start forgiving everyone. I realize that in some ways this doesn't make sense between our auto ban and hack policies. But we have to maintain the best possible rules where we can.

    This whole mess could have been avoided by reading the rules in the first place and understanding account security is important. Now that this has been established, we would invite you to create a new account and play by the rules set out from the beginning. Other players who have never been banned, or have never had their accounts stolen have managed to do this, so now that the lesson has been learned you can too! :)
