"Error loading configuration"

After I download the set-up, using about 20 seconds, I open it.
It show up this nice message.
The message that I never seen.

I download the set-up 2 times before, because my mom uninstalled it and I install it back.
So... How to get rid of this message? Oh, no no I mean, how to get rid of this error?




PS : Don't worry about my name, I made the 'WhyNotLOLLL' because a lot names were taken..
