my acc got banned NOT because of hack

Hi there,
Few month ago I bought zp in the z8 mall, by using my Paypal. And I paid dollars to Paypal. It seems like the Paypal didn't give these money to z8, and after that my account got banned. I wonder if the reason of why my account got banned is z8 didn't receive that money. If yes, what should I do to unban my account?
Someone help me please! Thanks!

What does it say when you try to log on? (Ingame & the website)

If its a charge back ask support to tell you how much you owe them, after you would need to pay them back + $10 more I think.

Good luck getting it back if it was a charge back, if it was due to hacking good that's it banned

You've bought so much ZP before and you can't tell if its a chargeback or if you're banned for hacking. OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET.

It just said he is quitting cf, and he also mention he is not selling his account 0.0

The accounts last login was 2013-04-17 and todays date 23/10/2013

It took the guy 6 months to find the forums or contact support? A trade could have easily been done through his QQ account, I'm not a registered member on the website but what's the attachment show?

Not sure, but according to what he said there, he said he is not selling it, maybe he gave it to his friend and some other thing happened, not sure.

I got freak out with my banned account, and the first week I asked my friends how to solve this problem, and I just left the problem because I was busy during these time.

You know mods and gms can see the edit history. Also it doesn't matter as he's admitting to account sharing ---> nobody can have the account.

Well don't give/share/buy accounts. It's F2P lol. Just build up your own history.

It's a good bill, you must have committed an offense that contributed to the blocking or the ban on gambling, open a ticket in the Support and see why your acc is in this situation.

"huanghd" said he was given the account. Account sharing. Case closed, yo. If the OP was banned because of charge-back he could doubtlessly recover it with the loads of dough he's got lying around to spend on a F2P.
