what you can:

you can accept people to the clan..
you can put in clan messages..
you can give idea's for clanlogo's to the clanleader..

what you can't:

You can't kick people anymore..
you can't change the name or clanlogo..

Basically it depends on what the clan leader expects from the Lt.s. Some require alot of play time and clan page/member watching. There are clans that require members to make a certain amount of clan points per week. So you would have to make sure they are active and are actually producing the numbers the leader wants. As a Lt you can kick members but not LT or leader. You cant change leader of clan or promote members to Lt status, you can however add members. As far as the clan bank you can use it to buy clan things such as logo and stuff.
